For the price, I was thoroughly impressed. The place was well kept, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

What stood out most to me was how clean everything was, the fully equipped kitchenette, and the wonderful staff. The front desk team really made me feel welcome, and the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern, the WiFi is good, and the kitchenette has everything you need. I’d definitely book again, though for a shorter stay. I can’t thank you enough! The building itself feels a bit flimsy. I could hear every door slamming on my floor and chairs constantly dragging in adjacent rooms. The doors, chairs, and desk all seem cheaply built, with no insulation or carpet. It is what it is, just how the place was built. Continental breakfast literally means a bag breakfast. You can buy extra drinks and empanadas, and coffee grounds are available, but I may be remembering wrong, the cafe didn’t actually serve coffee until after 9AM.

The photos matched what we found, and our room was spotless. It had a cute little kitchen, plus a bathroom with a great shower and strong water pressure. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and breakfast was included in the price. I’m picky about places to stay, so I don’t really get the negative reviews. The menu is extensive, and in my opinion, there’s no need to use the other menu just because a few items aren’t available. I’d recommend it for a stay in Medellín, 10/10.

A very good breakfast and a small supermarket right next door for picking up snacks made this a convenient stay. The room was clean and had a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker, plus shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. It was a brand new hotel in a very quiet part of Bogota, close to the domestic airport. My window faced the hallway.
