The room, with its great AC, stayed quiet and dark at night, and checking out was easy. I was only at Hotel Helene for one night, but the thoughtful details and little charms made it feel special. The staff were attentive, and the location was great. I also loved the fresh fruit, omelette, and latte at breakfast each morning. I'll stay here whenever I'm in Medellin. You'd be very happy here!

The staff were sweet and incredibly helpful, and I felt safe and had a great stay. The hotel is lovely and sits close to the little tourist restaurants and nightlife. There is music from nearby restaurants and clubs at night, so I'd bring earplugs. And remember an umbrella for this rainy city. A beautiful place and a good choice.

Just one night at Hotel Helene, and I came away impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was great. At night the room was quiet and dark, with excellent AC, and checkout was effortless. The place is super cute, with charming little details that made the stay feel unique. Hard to say enough good things about it.

The staff were 100/10! The area felt clean and safe, and the location was convenient without being too noisy. We had a very pleasant stay at Helene.

The place was very clean and everything was good. Only the night staff member at reception spoke both languages, as the rest of the reception team weren't all bilingual. I'd stay again.
