Hotel Molinos by Growing Group

The jacuzzi ran out of hot water after about two minutes and went ice cold. Management moved me to another room, but it had the same problem, so I paid extra for something I couldn't use. They insisted it was working fine, even though it only gave cold water. I left frustrated and feeling ripped off. They advertise a hot tub, not a cold one, and charge more at the property than the online price I booked. The room packages are advertised incorrectly across booking sites, then they say the listings “uploaded on their own.” Avoid this place at all costs unless paying extra for false advertising and broken amenities sounds good to you.

Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Hot water was mostly reliable. It's good value in a lively area and handy for transit. Light sleepers on the lower floors might want earplugs. It has Google TV rather than cable 🤷‍♂️

The staff were very attentive, and the location is really good, but street traffic is loud even with the windows shut. Our room was hot and noisy. They need to upgrade the AC consoles in every room, even if that means raising the price. Sleeping with a noisy fan or AC that doesn't cool the room at all is unacceptable. Tourists need to rest after sightseeing and walking around in Medellin's humid heat. Thank you.

The mall right across the street was convenient, and everything we needed was close by. The staff were professional and incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to welcome me. A fantastic location, and a great choice for either business or leisure. I'll definitely come back.
