The staff were nice, and the price made sense for the location. You're right in the heart of El Poblado, though, so it gets loud at night. The spot is perfect, but bear in mind this is barely a two-star hotel. Water stopped running twice during our four days there, leaving us without any at all. Staff had to bring a bucket of water for basic needs. I hope it was a one-off problem, but I can't rate it higher.

The hotel was well placed and CLEAN, and I had a great time in Medellin in September. Our room was on the first floor by reception, though, and it was LOUD. I woke up almost every time someone walked past. Our friends were upstairs on the second floor and had a much better room. Next time we'll ask for that one 😉

The room and bathroom were clean, but the toilet area isn't fully enclosed. There's an open space above the door, and I felt awkward using it while my girlfriend was still awake. Thankfully, she seemed to understand and started scrolling through Tik Tok. You might expect the nearby bars and discos to make the room loud, but that wasn't the issue. You can hear rumbling in the hallway once you're inside.

The hotel was clean and felt safe, and both breakfast and location were great. Just keep in mind that many rooms don't have windows.
