Hotel San Juan 70 Express

The building was in terrible shape. The hallways were flooded, the mattresses were awful, and the linens were disgusting and clearly hadn't been washed. There were no blankets, and they didn't give us towels either. The bathroom was dirty when we got the room, in poor condition, and the shower screen wouldn't close properly. The dishes for breakfast were filthy and in terrible condition. Breakfast itself was awful. I ate it out of respect for whoever had prepared it, but whoever cooks should at least know how to make an egg properly. When I arrived, the first room they offered was full of animals and bugs, so I refused it. They gave me another one, but I had to accept because I'd already paid and it was too late to find somewhere else. I don't usually write comments like this, but I think people should know to avoid this hotel. I admit I made a serious mistake by staying 45 minutes past checkout. Still, I didn't expect a WhatsApp complaint and an attempt to charge me another 20,000 pesos. The person who messaged me was the same woman at reception, and she was rude and gave poor service. My experience was awful. I got sick from the dampness in that unpleasant place, and I wouldn't stay there again even for free. Thank you.

There were cockroaches and hairs in the bathroom, which was tiny. Noise from the hotel itself made it hard to sleep well. In short, you can't rest properly there.

The service was awful, and they were dishonest about their offers. We arrived after being offered 15 days at 50k per night, then extended it to 30 days and were told that was fine. But just 13 days in, they said they wouldn't let us into the room unless we paid by a certain time. They had already arranged for us to pay on August 2nd and again on August 15th, without telling us anything beforehand, and we'd already paid. On top of that, they listed a room as reserved even though someone was already staying in it.

It's like a dirty, seedy motel, and they didn't provide towels or anything. The price is too high for such a terrible place. Service was the worst, especially at reception. Never come here.
