Some of the kitchen and cleaning staff, a few people at reception, and the bell boy were great. It's also close to a metro station. But hardly anyone speaks English, so explaining an issue could be tough if you don't speak Spanish. Sleep was a real problem. There was noise at all hours from a school on some floors, church or prayer sessions with loud singing, maintenance and construction, nearby clubs and bars, and two wedding halls. There were occasional fireworks too. The area had a lot of junkies and homeless people around, and walking there at night didn't feel advisable. Breakfast was bleak and mostly the same each day. I paid for nine days but left early because I couldn't sleep. I asked for a refund three times, but even the boss lady refused and politely told me to get lost. If you book for one person and have a visitor, some of the reception guys may harass you. They charge 150 000 cop if a guest stays in your room for more than 15 minutes. I can understand a rule about overnight guests, but they don't allow visitors at any time. The boss lady and two reception guys were pretty ignorant of guest requests. I'd avoid the place. It's overpriced and not worth the money, since you can get better hotels for half the price. Expect to pay 40 - 50 euros a night for what feels like a one-star hotel.
