The people selling food nearby were nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. We booked a superior room with a hot tub, then were told on arrival that the hot water was having problems. The next day, our shower water was so cold my husband and I could barely use it. When I asked again, they said the jacuzzi would be just as cold. During our five days there, there wasn't even warm or room temperature water. Expedia also listed daily breakfast, which we never saw, and claimed the rooms were soundproof, though we could hear music and conversations from other rooms.

The front desk staff were nice, but they were no help with the noise from other residents. People who live here seemed to think it was fine to blast music nonstop at 3 a.m., and the desk did nothing, as if that were normal. We stayed a week, and the hot tub water never got hot. I wouldn't stay again even if it cost $5 a night.

My room came to about $10 a night with everything included. It was inexpensive, clean, and well kept, with a TV, mini fridge, private bathroom, and designer shower. There's also a communal kitchen and dining area on the first floor. A great place to stay.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the room rate is good. Food in the mini fridge is reasonably priced, and the bathtubs are huge. Laundry, though, costs more than twice the normal price. I liked the open air design, but even with the window closed I could hear reception from the sixth floor. Sometimes it sounded like they were doing Zumba at 2:30 a.m.
