La Casa de Nelly Medellín

Very clean hotel and great staff. I'd give it 10 stars and will definitely come back.

The whole team was accommodating and took care of everything, especially when we were leaving for the airport late in the evening. They were always available, and the laundry service was excellent. The stylish accommodation was extremely clean, in a great spot in El Poblado with cafés and restaurants an easy walk away. We'd definitely stay here again.

The cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hosts were easy to reach and very useful through the app. The laundry service was great, and they provided water, tea, and coffee. My room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that had everything I needed and a bar table with two stools. There are common areas too, though I saw few people there during my seven-night stay. I liked eating breakfast in the common area, since my room doesn't get direct sunlight, which is nice in the morning. I bought yogurt, fruit, and granola at the supermarket. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, since car horns and outside music come through easily. The mattress was a bit firm.

The hotel had a nice boho style, and the room was clean. I felt very safe here with my family of four. They took care of all our needs and were always ready to help. The location was perfect, 10/10.
