The room was noisy, and the balcony lock didn't feel secure. The neighborhood also felt unsafe after 5 p.m., and staff spoke little English. There were several problems inside the hotel as well. I was first given the wrong room number, the safe didn't work until it was fixed around 11 p.m., and I had no hot water for the first two days. They said they'd repair the shower that day but never did. They offered me another room, but I would have had to move everything. When I asked to use just the shower, they wouldn't allow it, so I had to choose between packing up or taking a cold shower. Before I arrived, they asked me to send photos of my credit card showing the CVC, number, and expiry date, although payment was already guaranteed through Booking.com. That's a huge privacy concern, and I'll notify my credit card company. Their passport photo upload system didn't work either. When I offered to show my passport at check-in, staff weren't helpful. I wouldn't stay here. Never send photos of your credit card. Pick a safer area, and take a taxi at night.
