I felt great returning here each day, and I’m glad I found B48 living. The hospitality was so good it got me to write a review, which I hardly ever do because I don’t have the time. I needed a quiet apartment to sleep well during a long work stay, and they showed me the apartments first, which I really appreciated. The finishes are solid, and the walls aren’t as thin as in most places I’ve stayed. The terrace has nice views, and you can tell they’re working to make it a great place for people visiting Laureles to have a safe home base. There’s a nice gym, a solid steam room, and good laundry facilities. A great place to disconnect and recharge. Good luck with everything, and I hope to visit your cafe next time I’m in town!

The area and rooms are great, tho they never fixed my kitchen sink despite me asking several times.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but still comfortable and they were very accommodating. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and has a friendly staff. It’s centrally located near lots of restaurants and bars, with a safe atmosphere.

I just checked out after months here, and I already miss the place. The staff made my stay even better: Daniela, Doris, Salomé, Diego, Juan Esteban and Julián. Thank you! The room was comfortable and just right, and the rooftop was great. Even the little gym and steamroom were a nice addition to the building.

The apartment was bright with natural light, comfortable, and well equipped, which worked perfectly for a long stay. It’s a modern building with great facilities and a stunning terrace view. The location is prime, near the metro station and Stadium Giradot, including for sports, in a safe area. Had a fantastic stay.
