Lleras Green Hotel

I was worried about traveling because of the ongoing war and wanted to change my dates. I was led to believe they’d help if Expedia got in touch, but Expedia tried several times by email and phone and they kept dodging them. Make sure you choose the full refund option, because they won’t help you and only care about the money.

The room was clean, the staff were great, and the free breakfast was a nice plus. It’s a handy place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything. The TV and connection were slow, and the remote caused a lot of trouble. There weren’t any windows in the room either. Aside from those issues, it was a nice stay for the price.

We had money go missing from our room during our stay at Lleras Green Hotel. It seemed clear to us that staff were involved, but when we raised it, there was no accountability or support, just avoidance and unprofessional behavior. The rooms were dirty, cleanliness overall was poor, and the service was shocking. Unresponsive staff and a lack of hospitality made the whole stay a nightmare. We felt the place was unsafe and that management didn’t care about guests’ well-being or experience.

I spent seven days here and stayed in two different rooms. Both were clean, with good pillows and firm but comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, the WiFi and breakfast were good, and prices were affordable. There’s a nice patio bar too, where I watched the Super Bowl. It can get noisy at night since you’re right in the action. I asked for a quiet room and it wasn’t an issue for me. Bringing a guest to the hotel cost $26.
