Worst place ever. All three rooms I got had mold in the bathroom and bedroom, and I had an allergic attack from it. There’s no lobby or front desk staff, and they take their time answering. When you prepay before check-in, they also don’t tell you how long it’ll take to get your money back.

We waited outside for 40 minutes and never got the access code. The building was being remodeled, with paint smell and noise. There’s no reception, and nobody answered the only phone number listed on their Google page. The restroom was extremely dirty, and we asked for a refund. I think we’ll move somewhere else. There’s no reception desk or main entrance, and everything was closed when we arrived. We waited an hour for someone to open the door, which needed a code, but nobody answered our messages or calls asking for it. Some people eventually opened the door, but then we couldn’t get into our room because no one answered our calls. The restroom isn’t in the room. It’s shared, and it was very dirty. Google Maps makes the motel look fancy and luxurious, but what we found was completely different. The service and responsibility were terrible. Don’t stay here if you visit Medellin, and don’t recommend it to your friends.

It’s a nice, clean, modern place in a good area if you’re young. The idea is interesting, but having a door with no one attending it feels strange.
