For such a good price, I was surprised by how peaceful it was, even though Provenza and Lleras are so close. You’re near the party without being right in it, so we could rest and enjoy how clean everything was. There were lots of cool places within walking distance, and the staff were lovely. I also liked the check-in and checkout times. The terrace looked pretty, the coworking areas were really stylish, and even the in-room coffee was delicious. Wow!

Nakua is close to everything, and it was easy to get around. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. If you’re a light sleeper, they provide earplugs in the room. I suggest booking the room with the hot tub or jacuzzi, it made the stay feel unique. The staff really stood out. Andrés, Juan Gabriel, Felipe, and Juliana greeted me with smiles every day and were always kind, welcoming, and genuinely glad to help. They also did a couple of thoughtful things for me that they didn’t have to do. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond meant a lot.

We stayed in the penthouse as a family and had an amazing time. Everything was modern, clean, and worked perfectly, and the rooms and decor were stunning. The location is superb, on the best block in Medellín, with restaurants, shops, bars, and everything else within walking distance. My husband needed to work in the mornings, so the coworking space was really convenient. We expected noise since Nakúa is right by the party district. With the white noise machine on and earplugs in, we slept really well. We’ll definitely be back.

Our flights home were canceled after snowstorm delays, and we ended up at Nakúa: Stay & Work - Provenza from 1/26/2026 to 1/28/2026. What could have been a stressful mess turned into a pleasant stay. The staff made a big difference. Andres, Juan Gabriel, and Juliana were courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their late-night restaurant suggestions were helpful, and a gentleman who worked mornings kindly watched our bags before check-in. I can’t remember his name, but he made things much easier. On our last day, the front desk arranged for a driver to take our bags to a restaurant where I was, so I could enjoy my last few hours in the city without worrying about luggage. I’m grateful to the whole team. There’s a lot close by, including restaurants, shops, pharmacies, barbershops, and salons. The location is very central and near nightlife, but the hotel itself still felt comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are compact but cozy, thoughtfully laid out, well kept, and had all the essentials. For the price, it’s great value. We’d stayed at a nearby five-star hotel earlier, and honestly enjoyed Nakúa more. We had no major problems. The elevator went out twice, but was fixed right away overnight and didn’t affect our stay. The restaurant is currently closed. We also noticed a few bugs in the room on our last day. I’m not sure if that’s typical in the area’s warmer weather, but it’s something future guests may want to know. The second-floor workstations are a great feature for digital nomads or anyone working remotely. I was on vacation and didn’t use them, but it’s nice to have that option. I’d highly recommend Nakúa: Stay & Work - Provenza for its service, value, and location. Thanks for turning an unexpected delay into a memorable stay. -- El Dominicano con la China 😁

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Medellin. I’ve visited four times in the past year, and this stay wasted money and ruined the first half of my trip. I left quickly and booked somewhere else. I’d advise checking reviews before booking. I wouldn’t be surprised if some are fake. It felt like profit mattered more than guests. I chose the hotel mainly because Hotel.com showed a beautiful restaurant with great food as its main photo. Those photos were still being advertised a week before my booking, but when I arrived I was told the restaurant had been closed for a month. There was little else that felt luxurious or appealing, and I felt the advertising was misleading. The room was tiny, with no glass wall to the terrace as the photos suggested and virtually no luggage storage. I had to open my suitcase on the floor, then squeeze through the narrow space beside it. The reception also looked nothing like the photos, it was just a small side entrance. For ice, the hotel said it had none and sent me three blocks to buy some at a supermarket. The complimentary coffee supposedly offered on the third floor was a small dispenser on top of a water cooler, with tiny mouthwash cups to drink from. It felt like a joke. There was also confusion about visitors. When I checked in, I asked the woman at reception if friends could come up, as they can at most hotels if they show identification. She said yes. I brought a friend upstairs before we went out without a problem, but when we returned, I was told I’d have to pay $55, 200.000 pesos for any guest to come up. The contract did say that, which I hadn’t read, but I had asked verbally and been told otherwise. It was embarrassing to tell my friend to wait outside while I went up. Save your money and stay somewhere with decent service and amenities.
