The place was horribly noisy at night and comfort was poor. After staying in many hotels in Colombia, I’ve never seen such disrespect for guests. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. We weren’t told that the windows could be opened from outside the room. My phone was stolen, possibly by hotel staff. For three days, the whole crew lied to our faces, saying we’d get to see the security camera footage, but apparently the cameras don’t record anything. The man meant to watch the screen kept chatting on Facebook and playing Cityfarm, then going back to the camera display. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They seemed focused on local guests rather than tourists, and it wasn’t what I had expected.

My wife and I stayed for two days, and it was a terrible experience. On the second morning, her wedding ring disappeared from the nightstand while we were out walking our pet. When we came back, it was gone, and we couldn’t find it among our belongings. I know you’re supposed to watch your things, but how do you lose something in your room when someone has been inside? I called reception and got no response, not even from housekeeping. They offered no answers or solutions. I messaged them again about the ring on WhatsApp and they left me on read. Awful service. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
