The main problem is the noise at night. In some rooms it was impossible to sleep, even with noise-canceling AirPods, because loud music went on until 5 am. The air in two separate rooms, on floors 1 and 2, also smelled strongly and felt bad. The rooms were relatively clean but very basic, and the beds were just okay. There is AC in the room. The hotel is in the safe El Poblado area, right beside one of the main party streets, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless partying matters more to you than sleep.

The location is great, and the front desk staff are very helpful. My room was clean but small, with AC and a TV. It didn't have a real view, at least the room I had, though I assume some rooms might.

The area made it easy to get around, with everything close by. Even though bars and restaurants surround the hotel, it stays quiet, so I could relax without noise. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Getting around was easy from this spot in the heart of El Poblado's Provenza district, with nearly everything within walking distance. I also felt safe on the street at night. The room was a good size, the bed was great, and everything was very clean. We were first put in a ground-floor room with no natural light, next to construction workers. When we raised the issue, the receptionist immediately helped us find another room. None of the rooms have windows that open, and the bathroom has no ventilation. We had to rely on the AC to clear the humidity, but it usually didn't do a very good job. Breakfast was served at the hotel a street away and was disappointing, especially the really bad coffee.
