My apartment had clearly been renovated and felt brand new. It had a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, and two TVs, so it was very comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The property also has a large, well-kept pool, a solid fitness center, and a computer and work area. Alejandro on evenings and Camila on afternoons deserve a big thank you. Whenever I messaged on WhatsApp, they responded quickly and helped with whatever I needed, from moving furniture in the apartment to getting the gym steam room ready. They handled it all with a great attitude, and both speak excellent English, which made things easy. The attentive, genuine care around the clock really stood out. That's rare and makes a big difference. I had an outstanding stay at Soul Lifestyle Apartments in Medellín, one of my best hospitality experiences. I'd highly recommend it whether you're visiting for a short stay or a longer one. They take great care of you.

The location is great, and the whole team deserves thanks. They offer free daily room cleaning, and Santiago Botero, the staff supervisor, was especially helpful throughout my stay. He speaks English and Spanish, and the staff are wonderful.

We stayed for two weeks and things went very well. The building feels safe, service is excellent, and Diego is very professional. Daily cleaning is available, and there are plenty of towels. The sauna is very good and has a cold plunge, and the downstairs restaurant offers room service, a real plus. The cleaning could be better, the gym could use an upgrade, and the windows could be more soundproof since some apartments are noisy. Still, the quality for the price is good.

The staff were extremely responsive, and cleanliness was exceptional. The apartment facilities were really nice, with an equipped kitchen and detergent supplied for the washing machine. Breakfast was very good, with healthy options. This hotel apartment is family-friendly and has 24/7 security. I highly recommend it.
