The Click Clack Hotel Medellin

The people at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín were what made the stay so memorable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and happy to help, and their energy suited the hotel’s chic, modern style. They offered useful local tips, checked that I had what I needed, and greeted me warmly whenever I passed through the lobby. That attention and care made me feel appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff are what set Click Clack apart. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

The location is prime, and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing stay, with great vibes, a super luxe feel, delicious food, and coffee that might’ve been my favorite part. I just wish the rooms had more light. It was hard to do my makeup in such dim lighting. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Breakfast was five-star quality, with lots of variety, delicious food, and lovely presentation. The breakfast team was just as impressive, fast, friendly, and professional. The hotel staff were smiling, attentive, and ready to help throughout our stay, and customer service really felt like a priority. Our flight meant we arrived in Medellín very early, but Danna and David Negrito at the front desk arranged an early check-in without an extra charge. They were kind, professional, and welcoming, and their help was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. The stylish design and warm hospitality made the stay exceed our expectations. We’d happily return and recommend Click Clack Hotel Medellín. Thanks to the whole Click Clack team for making the trip more special.

The location in El Poblado is convenient for getting to good restaurants and cafés. The hotel has a stylish, modern feel, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Danna and David Negrito at reception were especially helpful with everything from recommendations to logistics. They were warm and professional, always helping with a big smile and genuine kindness. Their attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
