The kitchen setup is handy, with a big fridge and a good selection of equipment. The location is okay, about 15 to 20 minutes from the metro and very close to a shopping centre with a large Exito. It could suit a solo traveler, but as a couple we found the room small, with just one single bed. The mattress was hard and covered in plastic.

The manager was really attentive and friendly, and the place is in a good area with easy access to everything. It’s cozy and has the essentials, though nothing extra. For the price, I think it’s worth it. The laundry fee was the one thing I didn’t like: 30,000 COP per wash, no matter how many days you stay.
Really good room for the price, with great service and a very quiet atmosphere. Just keep in mind that reception hours are limited, so check-in times aren’t very flexible. I’d recommend it.
We booked three days, but they changed the stay from three nights to two without explaining why. The contact number never clarified the reason or dates, or even whether we’d be able to reach the hotel. They just ignored our calls. Terrible service.
