Hacienda Las Margaritas

⚠️⚠️We had a reservation for Valentine's Day, and the whole thing was a disaster. The facilities aren't what they seem, and the staff aren't trained. Getting there means driving 10 km on an unpaved dirt road full of mud and rocks. A truly terrible experience. ⚠️⚠️

The Hacienda is beautiful, and the service is good. The food isn't that great, though, and it's a very long way away. I'd recommend it, as long as you factor in the travel time.

The horseback riding is fantastic, and the spacious, comfortable grounds make it feel like you have the property to yourself. It's a lovely, peaceful escape from the noise of the city and really helps you relax. The cabins are big, with comfortable beds and everything you need.

From my own experience, Mrs. Gina Miranda took our money. Be careful about who you make a contract with, and don't send money until you've checked everything. Facebook is completely unreliable, so verify all the information and don't be fooled. Mrs. Gina Miranda acts as if she's the owner and even makes contracts with a signature and fingerprint. She offers all-inclusive prices, then leaves you high and dry. The actual property exists, and we went there ourselves, but they don't know her. Even the owners don't know what to do. She has apparently been doing the same thing all along. She's a con artist.
