Posada turística Quenari Wii

Mauricio was so welcoming and helpful that we couldn’t have managed our trips into the jungle without him. The hostel is lovely, and you can easily walk or take a mototaxi to the airport, supermarket, or centre. Thank you!

We spent eight nights here and went birdwatching early every day. Mauricio was always around to make breakfast and lend a hand when we needed it. He’s a great host, and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Shops are nearby, too.

After wanting to explore the Mitu area for years, we finally made the trip as independent birdwatchers and nature lovers. Quenari Wii suited us well, with a location and set-up we liked and rooms that were basic but comfortable enough. Mauricio was a fantastic, helpful host and gave us great service. Mototaxis made getting around easy, and there was plenty of forest and birdlife to enjoy. He pointed us to Grill, a short walk away, where the food and service were very good. We’ve always loved how kind and generous Colombian people are.

I felt safe and welcome at Posada Quenari. Mauricio was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, and arranged authentic local day trips up the river and into the selva. I had a great time. Thank you, Mauricio.
