The location worked well as a base for nearby points of interest, but there were a lot of drawbacks. Parking is limited, there’s no restaurant, the internet is limited, and there’s no TV signal or Netflix. Noise carries since it isn’t a gated community, and neighbors can see into some apartment windows. I didn’t get personal service either: nobody handed me keys or showed me around the apartment. The closet was in poor shape.

The listing photos gave us the wrong impression. The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived, with dust and hair in several spots. For five people staying three days, there was just one toilet paper roll, and a towel we asked for never showed up. The pool is in another building, not the complex as the listing suggests. It’s next to a construction site, so privacy is completely compromised. The experience was disappointing. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews.

If this machine at reception fails to process something, pressing the return button may not give you the right change. It claims refunds are immediate, but you need a local bank account to get one. As a foreigner, you’re basically robbed, since the WhatsApp chatbot only gives those options. Calls go unanswered, and the receptionists won’t take responsibility.

The pool situation was especially misleading: the apartment was advertised with a pool, but it’s across the street in another building that was still under construction, with dust and building materials everywhere. The host never came to meet us and sent someone else with the keys. It was a terrible stay, and I can’t recommend this accommodation at all.
