Finca Hotel Adobe

The advertising was completely misleading, from the number of rooms and comfort to the recreational spaces. The place was untidy and neglected. When I complained to TURISLLANO, the company I booked through, they offered no solution, got angry, and were rude. After the incident, they also refused to return the money I’d deposited. Terrible service! 😤

We left because the place was so filthy, and Mr. Alejandro Patiño of Turisllano still refuses to return my 1,200,000 pesos deposit. I’d booked the private estate for 22 people, expecting to stay there with my family of 20. The bathrooms beside the kitchen were filthy, the counter was dirty, and there was no sign marking the kitchen. Other advertised features were misleading too: there was no Wi-Fi, the soccer field grass was knee-high, and the pool tables were in terrible shape. They advertised a jacuzzi, but wouldn’t let us use it because it was in the “landlady’s” room, which they don’t rent. The filth was beyond words. I have photos and videos, but still haven’t got my money back. They promise one thing and do another, and don’t give refunds. I don’t recommend this estate. hotel.

The price is very good and the service is good overall. The place is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that room cleaning seems a bit neglected.

I loved the music, the pool, and the comfortable, spacious facilities. Excellent service too!
