We arrived to find the rooms and bathrooms dirty. We asked for cleaning, but it wasn't done. Instead of fixing the problem or apologizing, the staff got upset with us, which was shocking. We had to leave because of how badly it was handled. A total disappointment.
The owners are really friendly and happy to help with any questions. The rooms were very clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and breakfast was included. There's also a nice pool and a great sitting room with sofas and a big television. I loved this colorful, creatively decorated hotel, tucked among beautiful banana plantations a few minutes from the main road. Best of all, it's close to the coffee park. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! :)
They serve tasty coffee for free every morning, and the people there are kind and ready to help. The facilities are beautiful.
