BEWARE, don’t go there or fall for it! We rented the place, but when we went to ask about a few things, we found out there was no reservation. They took $3,250,000 from us and now won’t take responsibility for a single peso. I understand they aren’t registered with the Quindío Chamber of Commerce to run a rental business, so they do whatever they want with people. They’re thieves. I’ve also heard from others that the place is dirty and has lots of cockroaches.

It’s quiet and safe, and the location is very good. Mrs Cilia gave excellent service. I’d definitely stay there again.

The location is unbeatable, just a 3 or 4-minute drive from Parque del Café, and the accommodation is very affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful, gave us directions to the apartment, and I have no complaints about the service. If you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for one or two nights.

They denied that I had a reservation after taking my money. They blamed an employee who they said had been stealing, then told me she had already left. The place refused to take responsibility. I feel scammed.

The room and bathroom were both clean, simple, and comfortable, with what I needed for a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the cozy feel and the city view from the back garden. Mrs. Cilia, who runs the place, was kind and helpful. I stayed one night and would happily come back, especially for the good value.
