The hotel was cute and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We liked the food too. I just wish the pool had been cleaned more deeply. It was such a big pool, but we couldn’t bring ourselves to use it.

The grounds looked beautiful, and the service was excellent. I felt very safe there, and the pool area was immaculate. The rooms were clean, though they could use an update. There’s also a Red Cross training facility.

I’m sharing this because tour operators should know what kind of hotel they’re selling. Hotel Tacurrumbi was by far the worst

A good vacation spot, with breakfast and dinner, rooms, a pool, and parking. It’s also well connected to the coffee region.

Andrés was especially diligent, kind, and respectful. He made an effort to ensure we had what we needed, and the other staff who helped us were friendly and attentive too. The facilities were beautiful, clean, organized, and comfortable. The main inconvenience was its distance from Circassia, almost 11 kilometers, which made getting food a bit of a hassle. There was no menu, though I can understand that there weren’t many guests because it wasn’t high season. Otherwise, it’s a welcoming, excellent, very clean place. Highly recommended, and many thanks.
