The rooms are comfortable and the mattresses are good, and the staff are friendly. But the reception area gets oppressively hot despite the enclosed entrance, since there's no air conditioning there. Checkout is at 10:00 AM the next day, no matter when you checked in. The biggest issue is that the water goes off around midnight and usually returns around 6:00 AM. They say the supply is interrupted. If so, they need an elevated tank so guests aren't left without a shower.

I don't recommend this place in montería. The customer service and attention were awful, and the surrounding area didn't feel safe. There are stairs on the way to the rooms, and we didn't see an elevator, which makes access difficult for people with mobility problems.

The Wi-Fi is excellent and the air conditioning works efficiently. Rooms are comfortable, service is good, and the location is very central, with all kinds of shops nearby during the day. At night it feels more like downtown, but I've stayed out until 11 p.m. and had no trouble. One person pays $75,000 per night.

It's centrally located, surrounded by shops, with restaurants across the street. The rooms are really only for resting, though: they're very small and have almost no light. Cleaning was lacking. The surface looked okay, but details were missed, especially under the beds.
