Check carefully when booking, since it may say breakfast is included when it actually isn't. I was also charged twice, first when booking online and again when I arrived at the hotel. They apologized the next day and refunded the extra payment after I explained the mistake.

We were charged 220,000 COP for pressing, more than the cost of our two rooms, for three people. I asked about the price beforehand, but they couldn't tell me. And the clothes weren't washed well.

I've stayed here a couple of times and really liked it. It's not fancy, but it's great value for the money. Breakfast is included, and it's really good.

The place felt a little sterile.
