The location is the one drawback, though it’s close to everything and doesn’t feel dangerous. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel.

It’s affordable and conveniently located, but getting a quiet night was hard. People made a lot of noise in the hallways all night, and the water pump was especially irritating. There’s no refrigerator in the bedrooms.

For a month we tried to arrange rooms by phone and WhatsApp and never got an answer. It’s a shame the customer service was so poor. In the end, we found another nearby hotel for all 10 people, and it had a good location and excellent service.

I travel a lot for work, and this was a really disappointing experience. I had to wait at reception when I arrived while the staff member was in the next room on a break. They could see me, but didn’t respond until I called out. The small extra pillows smelled like sweat, and the overhead equipment in my room made a noise like a helicopter. I was told the pump would be switched off at midnight, but the noise continued. I also left my glasses case on the bed when I checked out because I wasn’t going to stay after all that. I called the taxi and asked them to hold it for me, but they said they couldn’t find it. I’m sure I took the glasses out to use them and put the case on the bed. Receptionists should be friendly to the customers they’re serving. Maybe others have had good service, but I’m just describing what happened to me. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.
