The rooms are roomy, the pool is nice, and the property looks great. The location is good too. But a lot of it seems to be falling apart: the air conditioning they advertise didn't work, there was no hot water, and the terrace door was hard to open. The entrance to our room had no light, and the bathroom was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned and looked worse than a public restroom. We told the owner about all of it, but he didn't seem to care.

The beer selection was good. The pool shuts at 9 pm, and the place is pricey compared with other options.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the hotel has a lovely, cool climate with plenty of greenery around it. Staff were friendly and attentive. It feels suited to families and makes for a relaxing stay. There are plenty of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices too, and the food was delicious without costing much.
