Good services offered.

They confirmed my reservation, but on the day I arrived they said they had no booking for that date and could only give me a room the next day. I don’t understand why they confirmed it and then canceled 24 hours later. They can’t be trusted.

The room is far too small, and there’s zero maintenance. What they charge for it is really high.

They made me pay the full cost of my stay upfront, then never honored the reservation. The owner was rude and the customer service was terrible. This hotel showed zero professionalism or empathy toward customers. It’s completely unreliable and awful, I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The girl who greeted us was really friendly and attentive, and the service was 5-star. I liked the place a lot; the rooms are cozy and everything feels comfortable.
