Hotel Boutique Sofia

Terrible service. There’s nobody in the lobby, and they don’t answer the phone numbers posted on the doors, so you can end up stuck outside the building.

The rooms were beautiful, and the place felt welcoming and pleasant. A great place.

Laura and Vanesa deserve a mention. They’re kind and courteous, and really make an effort to give excellent service. I hope the hotel improves this important part of the experience, because I had some negative encounters. We reported them so things might get better, but the replies were curt and indifferent. It felt like many staff members were just going through the motions and weren’t friendly or courteous. Still, the hotel is clean, the rooms are very nice, and the location is excellent. It felt like my second home for several days, though customer service is the problem.

Cleanliness was spotless, and the staff were very friendly, though there weren’t many of them. It’s a cool, inviting place, but you can hear noise from nearby nightclubs. The door locks need maintenance, and there’s no restaurant.
