I got sick during my stay at this hotel and had a fever of 39°C. The room windows can't be opened, so the only way to get oxygen in, unless you want to suffocate, is to use the AC. I believe there was a virus in the AC that made me ill.

After my wife and I came back from the pool, there was a hotel employee in our room, acting suspiciously. He said he was fixing the air conditioning, even though it had been working perfectly, then left. We discovered $100 was missing. When we complained, other staff returned $100, saying they'd found it at the swimming pool. That couldn't have been ours, since we hadn't taken our wallets there. The manager said they were investigating but wouldn't say whether management had sent the employee to our room or he'd gone in without instructions. After that, we felt completely unsafe at the hotel.

The hotel was a great choice for the night before my flight from Neiva. It was well located and the service was amazing. I just wish I'd had a few more days to enjoy it.

I come back to this hotel in Neiva when I want a good night's sleep, especially with the airport so close. The rooms aren't especially roomy, but they're clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are attentive and really helpful. I'd recommend it.
