Several days ago I asked for an electronic invoice, but still haven't heard back. They also aren't being diligent about the request to pay if I have to cancel. The service is really poor, and I can't recommend it.

It's handy to stay here during the day: you're in the center, close to Neiva's main tourist sights. The prices are affordable, the comfort is good, and so is the service. I wouldn't go out around the hotel after 9 a.m.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were excellent, and it was a pleasant place with air conditioning and parking. Very affordable for families.

Parking is available, and rooms come with either fans or air conditioning. It's affordable, with friendly staff, good cleanliness and a great location.
