The reception staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, and breakfast was simple but really good. The place is small, clean, and in a great location. The hospital next door wasn't a problem for me. One thing to know: there’s no hot water.

The rooms were comfortable and cool, and I really liked the hotel. Everyone on staff was so friendly and attentive. I hope I can come back soon.

The staff were excellent, sharing tourist information and helping guests find places to visit. Breakfast was full, and prices were affordable. The hotel is close to everything in Neiva, Huila, with a D1 supermarket, an ARA store, and a KFC nearby. Public transport is efficient and readily available. Even in the city center, I never felt unsafe. I highly recommend visiting Huila, a must-see for tourists from around the country.
