It's quiet because it's in a residential area, so there's no street noise. The hotel is simple, with small rooms, and the employees are friendly and helpful. This is the first Ayenda hotel I've stayed at without hot shower water, though I've stayed at several others. I've always been satisfied with Ayenda Hotels' services.

The staff made the stay memorable, helping with requests and sharing local recommendations. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, and the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was comfortable, well maintained, and impeccably clean, with the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety, and the restaurant area was a pleasant place to start the day. My stay at Hotel Ayenda Guadalupe exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay in this charming city.

The rooms are suited to what you need for an overnight stay and a good night's rest. The staff are friendly, the service is very good, and breakfast was delicious. By reception there are drinks like water and tea, which are very welcome when you get back from walking around the area.

The Wi-Fi is terrible and the signal weak, and there isn't hot water. The bed only has a thin sheet. Breakfast is served extremely early, as if guests don't sleep, and they make you leave the room at exactly 12. I asked for a few extra minutes, but they wouldn't wait. This hotel needs a lot of improvement, especially in its service.
