The night staff were super friendly and helped us order food and get a cab. The hotel and rooms are old, the elevator is outdated, and the swimming pool didn't look clean.

The price felt too high for a place this old. It had an ugly feel, like being stuck in the 60s.

Great.

The manager was really friendly, and the service was excellent. It's a family-run hotel right in central Neiva, near shops and the main square. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool was clean and a good size for kids. Breakfast was American-style, okay and quite tasty. The elevator could use some work, but our stay was peaceful and very pleasant.

We spent New Year's Eve here. The service was excellent, and I felt at home.
