Apartament Positano Neiva

The rooms are small, but they have a really nice feel. You don’t hear noise from the other rooms, which makes it pleasant to relax. Excellent service 😁👍

The room was nothing like the pictures they post, and the cleanliness was terrible. The floor, corners, walls, and bathroom were dirty, with someone else’s hair in there. You could hear absolutely everything from other rooms, so there was no privacy. If you went out with your key, they got angry. The shower curtain was too short and left the floor outside soaked. There was no bathroom ventilation either, so the whole room smelled awful after using it, and only opening the door helped. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We’d paid in advance without checking the room carefully, and stayed to avoid losing the money. We hadn’t looked closely at the bathroom or known about the lack of privacy and the smells. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed even if they paid me. I don’t understand the good reviews.

The cleanliness was excellent. In room 302, though, the water pressure in the shower could be better, and a bigger bath towel plus a hand towel would be helpful. I’d also suggest updating the air conditioning, because it’s very noisy.

The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is nice for resting. Service was very pleasant, and the central location is excellent. The trouble is that nearby businesses are noisy and make it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
