Hotel Sulicam

Super!

Right in the center.

I felt threatened as a guest. They also share videos of guests without permission, which violates their right to a good reputation and privacy. The reception staff were terrible, and they charged exorbitant fees to wash pillowcases, nearly half a million pesos. The hotel is in a dangerous area, and I didn't like its location.

The location is terrible, in a very unsafe area, and the prices are far too high for what you get. Food choices are limited, and sometimes the food arrives in poor condition. The showers leak, spilling water across the room. Sheets arrive dirty, then you're charged for them after checkout. The service is truly unpleasant. The way they respond only confirms that poor service. Why do they talk only about sheets and towels, and leave out the high food prices? They often buy the food elsewhere and sell it at exorbitant prices. They also don't mention the water leaks in the bathrooms of most rooms.
