The photos online give a very misleading impression. At Hotel Neiva Real, at Calle 10 6-32, everything felt neglected and filthy: cockroaches, a dirty kitchen, clothes and linens lying around, holes in the ceiling, and sinks inside the showers. The bathrooms, closets, beds, and windows were all old, too. I wouldn't return. Public health officials should inspect the place; it reflects badly on the city.

There’s a parking garage the hotel has an arrangement with, which came in handy when arriving by car. The location is central and gives easy access to the main roads. It’s also across from the Navarra Foundation, with several pharmacies nearby that stay open until midnight. A comfortable choice for either a short visit or a longer stay.

The price is very economical, and there’s parking. I found the hotel comfortable, with nice facilities and rooms that have good TVs and air conditioning, which suits the city’s climate. It’s centrally located, too. I liked my stay and would recommend it for a good rest, though a few small improvements are still needed.

The room was nice enough for a night, and there are places to eat close by. I especially liked how fantastic the location is, near both the terminal and the city center.

Owners are excellent people, and the service was very good. The place was clean and the prices were good. It’s open 24 hours and sits in El Centro, Neiva-Huila, on Calle 10 between Carreras 7 and 6. A great spot to rest.
