The pool was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the internet worked well. The TV system was there too. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and easy to approach. Breakfast was included and good, and they had delicious coffee available for guests all day. Quiet and clean, with excellent service.

We spent New Year's with my boyfriend and found the experience cozy and welcoming. The hotel staff were very attentive. We didn’t actually stay at the hotel, though the facilities looked great.

We were there on December 31st and had a delicious dinner. The service was wonderful, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it if you’re going to Neiva.
