The staff were very helpful with my bags. One young man carried my suitcase upstairs when I arrived, and another brought it down the next morning and helped me get a taxi. I slept well in a good bed in a quiet, dark interior room at the back of the third floor. There was no window, but it had AC, and the internet worked fine. There wasn't hot water in the shower. Still, Neiva is in the hot lowlands, so the tap water came out around room temperature and made for a comfortable shower.

The location is convenient, close to everything, and the service is generally good. The rooms are nice, though they could use better ventilation. Breakfast could have more variety, and the parking is only okay.

The breakfast was spectacular, with two good choices and delicious food. The hotel also felt affordable for most budgets and is in a strategic location. The rooms were comfortable and had what I needed, including a TV, internet, and air conditioning. Mine also had a desk, handy for a business trip. The main drawback is all the stairs. The hotel is quite high up, and if you have knee problems or don't like climbing, it may not suit you. Breakfast is on the terrace, so going back and forth from a room on the third or fourth floor can be tiring.

Breakfast is included, and the rooms are fairly inexpensive. It's a clean, comfortable hotel, but remember there's no elevator in this five-story building. Parking is two blocks away.
