Walking there can be tedious, though getting there by car is easy. The staff are excellent and very well trained, and the facilities have a pleasant, charming old-fashioned style. I only wish the architects had blended the different renovations more seamlessly into the original buildings. The pool felt a little unsafe to me. The food is very, very good, with a lot of care put into how it's presented and how it tastes.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the main house is very well maintained. It's a heritage site of Huila, set among ancient trees that make the grounds feel like a magical forest. It's an amazing place to get away while still within the city. Prices are a bit high and the menu isn't very extensive, though the appetizers and juices are all highly recommended.
