10/10
Laundry was quick and inexpensive, and there was secure parking and good WiFi. We also enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, though we didn't use the pool. The rooms had working air conditioning and even hot water, and the place was clean and well kept. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but you'll need some basic Spanish to communicate. We were on a three week birding trip through some less-touristed parts of Colombia, and this was easily the nicest place we stayed. If I come back to Monterrey, I'll stay here again.

The view was amazing, breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were very nice, and our group checked in quickly. Definitely recommend it.

The view from the hotel is amazing, and you can request vegetarian meals. There isn't much to offer here, but it's the best place to stay in Monterray.
