The rooms are clean and comfortable, with decent value for the money, though there’s no luxury here. Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The building has a cafe serving food 24/7, and the central location puts shops, churches, and a few restaurants nearby.

The manager, “Doña Victoria,” never came to the hotel to deal with the problems during our stay. She handles things only over WhatsApp, and, in my experience, yells at employees and speaks rudely to guests she doesn’t even know. A manager should be involved when these issues come up, and she wasn’t. The place needs urgent attention from the health and tourism departments, if they’re able to do anything. This seems to have been going on for a long time. The rooms also don’t look like the ones shown on Booking.com. We saw cockroaches and mice, possibly connected to the bakery/restaurant on the first floor. The facilities were in terrible shape: loose tiles, badly designed stairs, broken air conditioning, and televisions that didn’t work properly. My parents had to call a plumber because their bathroom was leaking, and there was hardly any room to store clothes.

The location wasn't the best, but the price was excellent for the comfort we got. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff paid close attention to us.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was good. We found the room comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. A few small things could be better, though none got in the way of our stay. It was a very pleasant experience, and I’d recommend it.
