The staff were warm, polite, helpful, and very focused on service. They communicated excellently before we arrived and helped us with several things. The paid airport transfer was convenient and on time, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is a simple, non-buffet meal, but it was fine. The basic room facilities were a different story. We spent two nights and I had to switch rooms once. None of the three rooms used by me and my friend had hot water, despite the hotel's information saying it was available. We asked three times for this to be fixed, but nothing changed. On our last day, they said they had checked and everything seemed fine. They offered no compensation for the trouble. The fan in my first room also didn't work, which is why I moved. One pillowcase had stains, the safe was repaired after it failed and then wouldn't open again, and the toilet clogged on the second day. We kept having to ask them to deal with problems that should have been checked before check-in. The rooftop is nice, but the lights are switched off in the evening, so you can't sit there and have a drink. A shame.

The downtown location was great, and we had a good stay when we visited in May. But the way they charged for my sister's breakfast bothered me. During breakfast, someone asked whether my sisters were staying in our room. Then, just after the meal, the receptionist stopped me in the hallway and asked for an extra 160,000.00 pesos for what my sister had eaten. I was happy to pay, but I think they could have brought it up more appropriately, perhaps at checkout.

Camilo was especially impressive. He covered the front desk during the day, handled luggage, and helped in the breakfast area, always providing great service. In the evening, Walter was at reception, suggesting restaurants and arranging dinner reservations. Both did a great job. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with a nice boutique feel, and the staff were attentive throughout. Recommended.

The terrace is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. I was surprised by how much I liked this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the amenities are incredible, and the service is amazing.

We booked a rooftop table for our engagement dinner, and the staff went out of their way to meet all our needs. I'm very satisfied with the experience and can't thank them enough. The food was okay, though there's room to improve. Thanks for everything!
