The staff were polite and very helpful. I left my passport and cash in the room, and they let me know right away and sent a trusted taxi to bring everything back. Really professional of them. The hotel itself is simple and clean, with a good breakfast, but the showers were cold and there's no elevator.

The food was good, though the dishes cost at least $30,000. Rooms are good and the price is good too, and the service was excellent. There's no parking, but they offer valet parking from 8 pm to 8 am for around $6,000, which felt a little expensive.

The room was fine, with clean linens and enough of them, and the facilities and breakfast were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, so things are easy to reach during the day. After 10 pm the area gets a bit quiet, but it isn't bad. I'd recommend it for business trips.
