The hotel is downtown Neiva, in a quiet area, with restaurants and shops fairly close by. Internet worked well, and the receptionist and dining room staff were very friendly. The rooms have the basics: a small desk for working, a TV, and a closet with only a few hooks, with little else. The bathroom has plenty of water but no toiletries. The dining room looks a bit shabby, with plastic chairs, and breakfast is very limited. Despite the review suggesting four stars, this hotel is far from that standard.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were attentive. It's well located, with a fair price, and is a good choice in Neiva.
