The hosts made me feel at home right away, and the place is close enough to explore the area. I especially liked that they use organic shampoo and soap and support local businesses. It feels good to see those eco-friendly values in the little details. La Vista EcoHouse is peaceful, beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with breathtaking views and a special connection to nature. A lovely place to unwind and recharge. I’d happily stay again, and would recommend it to couples, solo travelers, or anyone after a unique, quiet getaway.

We come back every year when we visit family in Macanal, and the warm, friendly staff keep making us feel welcome. The place is beautiful, spacious, secure, and really accommodating. There’s room service and a great lounge with plenty of games, and it’s right at the bottom of Macanal, with everything nearby. It has everything we need and more. Thanks, you’ve made our family customers for life.

We spent four days here with family in December 2022 to welcome the New Year. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed and a trendy style. From it, we could enjoy a wonderful landscape and the peaceful sunrise each morning. The place felt magical, and the staff were so kind and friendly that they made it feel like home. We showed up at the last minute, and they still found a way to fit us in. Dora and Estella were always smiling, so kind and helpful, and Armando, the owner, came over to greet us. Such a beautiful place, with unique people and views. We’ll be back!
