It feels like home here, and it's a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday with family or on your own. The locations are great, the food is amazing, and the service is just as good. Best experience ever! Highly recommended.

I have mixed feelings after coming here for over four years, usually around Christmas and New Year's. The parts I liked were the clean, well-kept grounds, tasty food with good portions, excellent hot spring jacuzzis, fast laundry service, and staff who all smile at you. The Italian restaurant is excellent, too. But the restaurant waits were awful. On Christmas Day, our family of seven sat by the pool around 1 pm and ordered grilled dishes. It wasn't busy, yet the food took two hours. The next day, Dec 26, lunch for five took 40 minutes even though the place was quite empty. Who's managing these restaurants? The free sauna and steam room are run down. The sauna was so hot it hurt, even though I'm young and have lived in northern Europe for over 15 years and use saunas often. I can't imagine how it feels for elderly guests. Its light is also bright, so it doesn't feel relaxing. The steam room has the same harsh white, hospital-like light, and the steam machine goes off every five seconds. There's no peace or quiet at all. The gym is falling apart, with one running machine, old bikes, and old dumbbells. For what guests pay, a wellness hotel should have a five-star gym by now. These details are what make the difference to a five-star experience.

It was a perfect place to unwind, with great service. Daniel R. was especially attentive at breakfast, and we really enjoyed our stay at Estelar Hotel 😎

We had a lovely stop for coffee at the hotel restaurant. Sitting back and enjoying the moment was easy with that spectacular lake view.

Awful experience. It was ridiculously expensive, and they lost our neighbor's dog while they were looking after it. The bathrooms constantly smelled like poop. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
