2/10
The worst part was how quickly they denied responsibility and blamed me. The owner and staff, in my experience, took no personal responsibility for damage to my belongings, gave me false information, and offered no compensation. I was very disappointed. I’d give this hotel negative stars if I could, and wouldn’t trust it during a visit to Colombia.

Comfortable and inexpensive, and close to the city center. The people there are very nice too.
